Greenbuild 2009 Networking Garden featuring a vast array of Loll furniture. Attendees at Greenbuild in Phoenix relaxed in this outdoor seating area provided by Loll Designs. In the spirit of being green, Loll hosted a GreenDrinks event in the exclusive outdoor patio with more than 300 green people attending.

Recently Loll was chosen to provide the rooftop deck furniture for the AMLI 900 Luxury Apartments in downtown Chicago. AMLI 900 is the first New Construction LEED certified rental building in the city of Chicago, and the first completely smoke-free rental building in Chicago. AMLI’s first LEED certified development.

The 24 story 440 unit building was partially constructed with recycled materials, has a green roof, incorporates energy efficient lighting and HVAC systems. It is close to public transportation, and includes an outdoor dog run, internet café, and health club. Loll designed a new chaise lounge for the project and 24 were placed in a sweeping crescent facing Lake Michigan and the city below.

Two full sets of the GO collection are nested beneath a large pergola, and 4 Adirondacks face a rooftop open fireplace for nighttime relaxation. The heavy stature of all the loll pieces made them perfect for a windy rooftop where blowing furniture is not an option.

Burien Town Square is a mixed-use community, which features 124 condominium homes, a new city hall, county library, one-acre park, shops, restaurants and services, was created through a public/private partnership with Urban Partners, The City of Burien and King County Library System. Loll's Picket, Adirondack, and Alfresco collections were used in the private courtyard garden, rooftop courtyard and p-patch, and the patio/outdoor grill area.

August 2009: Loll graciously donated an assortment of furniture to the Huber family for their new home from abc Extreme Makeover Home Edition.

Animal Allies Humane Society in Duluth, MN has been protecting and finding homes for abandoned animals for half a century. They just built and opened a new facility on Airport Road in March of 2009. Loll consulted with Animal Allies to create comfortable, modern, maintenance-free and enrivonment- and pet-friendly wating areas and meeting areas for pets and their potential owners.

Loll provided 24 100% post consumer white curve Adirondack chairs to help keep the Octagon a LEED certified project. In their words: "A model for sustainable design, The Octagon was conceived as an eco-friendly "green building." They recycled most of the construction waste. The building is free of materials containing formaldehyde or other volatile compounds. The Octagon embraces the principle that looking out on natural beauty can give your outlook a beautiful boost. The St. Louis County courthouse needed a unique seating solution for the ten cut-out alcoves that span the front of the building. Loll worked with the county to create a custom 76” bench that fits perfectly into the alcoves. We are now selling this piece as the Park Bench.

The creative team at Fleetwood wanted to show customers at their trade show booth a whole new world of eco design. Already known for their amazing creativity and use of solid unique materials, Fleetwood's integration of custom loll furniture was a natural progression. With tweaks to current loll products, and designs unique for this onetime event, Fleetwood as able to get a "milking stool" design creating satellite seating throughout their booth, along with an extended version of lolls napoleon.

Loll furniture works great in a wet indoor environment also! Loll assisted the Edge Water Hotel with an assortment of furniture for a new indoor water park. The furniture included custom storage cabinets and custom Edge Water Blue Adirondack chairs and benches.
